Terms of Service

The terms that govern your use of signura.ai and the Signura service. In effect since 2026-09-01.

The agreement

These terms govern your use of signura.ai, operated by Cohort Ventures Limited, trading as Signura (DIFC, Dubai, UAE). By using the site you accept them. If you do not accept them, do not use the site.

We may need to contact you about these terms; you can reach us at hello@signura.ai.

What this site is

The content on this site is provided for general information about Signura. It describes what the product does and how we work; it is not professional advice, and it is not an offer capable of acceptance.

Where we agree to provide services to your organisation, that engagement is governed by a separate written agreement rather than by these terms.

Using the site properly

You may read, print and share this site's pages. You may not attempt to breach its security, disrupt its operation, access data that is not yours, scrape it at scale, or use it for anything unlawful.

The full set of boundaries — including what applies to accounts and to the assistant — is set out in the paragraph above, which forms part of these terms.

Intellectual property

The site, its content, its design and the Signura brand are owned by Cohort Ventures Limited or its licensors. No licence is granted beyond what is needed to view and use the site for its purpose.

You may quote short extracts with attribution. You may not copy the site wholesale, reuse its design system, or present its content as your own.

If you send us feedback or suggestions, we may use them without obligation to you. That does not give us rights in anything else you send us.

Availability

We aim to keep this site available and correct, but we do not promise that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any particular content will stay published.

Nothing on this site is a service-level commitment. We publish no uptime figure here because we have none to publish that would be honest; where an availability or support commitment applies to a customer, it is written into that customer's agreement and it is that document, not this page, that creates it.

We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of the site, and we may change these terms as described below.

Disclaimers

The site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind except those that cannot lawfully be excluded.

We do not warrant that the information on this site is complete, current or fit for a particular purpose, and you should not treat it as a substitute for advice about your own circumstances.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for loss arising from your use of this site — including lost profits, lost business, lost data and any indirect or consequential loss.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

Liability for the product itself is allocated in the written agreement covering it, not here.

Privacy

How we handle personal data is set out in our Privacy Policy at /legal/privacy, and the cookies this site sets are listed in our Cookie Policy at /legal/cookies. Both form part of your use of this site.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The current version is always the one published on this page, and continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.

The register at /legal lists every document we publish with its review status, so you can see what changed and when it took effect.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC), and disputes arising from them are subject to the jurisdiction of the DIFC Courts.

If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest continues to apply.

Document status

This terms of service was reviewed by legal counsel on 2026-09-01 and has been in effect since that date. It may be revised; the current version is always the one published on this page, and material changes are announced before they take effect.
